Sue Spradley leads the North American region and its Customer and Market Operations for Nokia Siemens Networks. She joined the company in July 2007.

Sue has more than 20 years of experience in services, operations, sales, customer service and global product line management in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to joining Nokia Siemens Networks, Sue was president of Nortel Global Services and Operations responsible for technical engineering, manufacturing and supply chain
management. Other roles at Nortel since she joined them in 1997 included president of Global Product Line Management and North America Sales and vice president of Customer
Service and Operations.

Sue was a member of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NTSAC), which reported to the President of the United States.

She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the
University of Kansas and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University Business School.
