As president, MasterCard Canada, Ms. DeVita oversees all Canadian operations and sits on the global MasterCard operating committee.

Committed to furthering MasterCard’s position as the fastest growing payments brand in Canada, Ms. DeVita is dedicated to promoting the advantages of electronic payments, accelerating Canada’s cashless journey and advancing global commerce.

Prior to joining MasterCard in 2010, Ms. DeVita served as chairman and CEO of Citibank Canada and has worked in Citibank divisions in Latin America and Asia. She has served on the Executive Council of the Canadian Bankers Association. In 2009 and 2011 Ms. DeVita was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network.
Ms. DeVita holds a B.S from St. John’s University in New York and is a graduate of the CEO Certificate program at Wharton-KMA in Seoul, South Korea. She recently earned the Institute of Corporate Directors certification from the Rotman School of Management.
