Federation African Canadian Economics (FACE)

Formally the Director of one of Quebec’s oldest Black organizations, she successfully secured 8.3 million $ in support of multiple initiatives.

She was recognized, in 2020, by MIPAD as one of the 100 most influential people of African descent under 40.

In 2021, Tiffany is the co-founder of the Federation of African Canadian Economics (FACE) of which she is today the CEO.

FACE co-developed with the Government of Canada the historic Black Entrepreneurship Program and now administers the $160 million Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund.

Tiffany has submitted recommendations for policy change to public institutions, notably as a signatory of Montreal’s consultation on racism and systemic discrimination as well as Quebec’s Laurent Commission regarding the overrepresentation of Black children in the Youth Protection.

She also regularly gives DEI training classes and acts as an analyst on Bell Media's CJAD 800.
