Frank Vettese serves as Deloitte Canada’s Managing Partner and Chief Executive, leading the largest professional services firm in Canada and Chile. He is also a member of Deloitte’s Global Executive.

Under Mr. Vettese’s leadership, Deloitte has sought to be the most trusted business advisor in Canada, working closely with business, academia, government, and civil society to tackle the biggest challenges and opportunities facing the country. Mr. Vettese has led a significant transformation of the firm, expanding into new areas of capabilities and services including digital, analytics, cyber, economics, as well as increasing Deloitte’s research and thought leadership capacity through the Future of Canada Centre, with a major focus on the long term prosperity of the country.

Recognized by the United Nations and Catalyst Canada for his commitment to the advancement and empowerment of women in the workplace, Mr. Vettese has been a long-standing champion for inclusion and diversity. He is the co-founder of the Canadian Women’s Initiative, and continues to be a strong proponent of the sponsorship of next generation women into leadership positions. Since 2016, Frank has also served as Chief Inclusion Officer for Deloitte Canada.

Mr. Vettese’s leadership goes beyond his professional career, as an active member of various community boards. His professional and community service includes currently serving as a member of the SickKids Board of Trustee, member of the Canada’s Outstanding CEO of the Year Advisory Board, co-Chair of the David Cornfield Melanoma Fund, member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Schulich School of Business, member of Catalyst Canada’s Advisory Board, and previously serving as Trustee of the International Valuation Standards Council, Chair of the Trustees for the Canadian Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship, and co-Chair of the Canadian Cancer Society’s Daffodil Ball. Deeply involved in educating future leaders, he is also an accomplished lecturer for universities and professional associations.

Mr. Vettese holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University Schulich School of Business, a Master of Business Administration degree from Schulich School of Business, and has been recognized as a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (Ontario) and Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
