Simona Chiose is The Globe and Mail’s higher education reporter and its former education editor. She has written about the labour market for higher education grads, student entrepreneurship, internationalization and funding and governance crises. She has a PhD in political science from The University of Toronto where she wrote her dissertation on how interest groups influence immigration policy-making.
