The Menopause Journey: Support, Solutions, and Understanding

Time & Location
Monday November 10, 2025
Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada
About the event
Menopause was a pivotal time, yet many women in Canada still faced confusion, stigma, and a lack of reliable information about this critical life stage. Often viewed narrowly through a medical lens, menopause also shaped the workplace experience of women at the height of their careers. By recognizing it as both a health and workplace equity priority, leaders were able to strengthen talent pipelines, boost organizational performance, and foster truly inclusive cultures.
This panel convened Canada’s leading health experts, advocates, employers, and lived voices to examine menopause through both health and workplace dimensions. Together, they explored innovative approaches to care and mental well-being, highlighted available resources, and addressed the systemic barriers that perpetuated stigma. Just as importantly, they focused on the organizational impact—and how executives, healthcare leaders, and policymakers could set new standards for inclusivity and equity.
Whether attendees were preparing for menopause, supporting colleagues, or leading organizations that wanted to do better, this conversation delivered insights and practical tools to improve care, strengthen workplaces, and build a more supportive society..
