Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada

About the event

The world is undergoing a challenging, and in some cases violent, economic, and geopolitical realignment on a historic scale. Competition for capital between countries is escalating rapidly. In this moment, Canada needs to step up its efforts to attract greater investment to power our economy into the future but instead, we are falling behind our global peers on the most meaningful economic indicators. Still, Canada has a natural advantage. Our oil and natural gas resources can put the country in an enviable and potentially globally influential position. Lisa Baiton, CAPP President & CEO will speak about what needs to happen for Canada to unleash its energy advantage and attract new investment into nation-building projects to build a more secure, lower emission and prosperous future for all Canadians.
